The T2 & what to know before you arrive
Every home has its little quirks. Here are Ti Coin's, so you feel at home quickly.
💧 Tap water is safe to drink, according to the Société Martiniquaise des Eaux.
⚡ Power cuts happen from time to time — they're usually short, no need to worry.
🌺 Your 20 m² private garden is shaded by palm trees, facing a frangipani. It's all yours.
🛋️ Living room
The heart of the T2: a bright living room with a TV, and wifi throughout the apartment.
The sofa converts into an extra bed, so the T2 can sleep up to 4 people.
🍳 Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your meals: fridge, coffee maker and everything you need for everyday cooking.
To help you settle in, a bit of coffee is offered as a welcome.
🛏️ Bedroom
The bedroom is air-conditioned. We barely use the AC ourselves — usually just in the early evening to help fall asleep. No need to go below 23°.
Clean bedding is waiting for you on arrival; extra linen is available on request.
🚿 Bathroom
Towels and the basics are provided for the whole of your stay: soap, toilet paper.
Hot water is available. You'll also find a washing machine, hangers and an iron.
🌴 Private garden & patio
Your own 20 m² garden, shaded by palm trees and facing a frangipani, with outdoor furniture — perfect for morning coffee or an evening ti-punch.
The T2 has its own private entrance on the side of the house, so you're completely independent.
